The Indian pay television GEC channel Sony SAB has launched a brand new show titled ‘Goodnight India’ to help its viewers relax and savor the last 30 minutes of their day with fun-filled performances.
The show is hosted by stand-up comedian Amit Tandon and popular TV actress Jiya Shankar.
‘Goodnight India’ will show a series of bone-tickling acts on some of the contemporary and relatable topics performed by well-known artists. The theme for each episode is introduced by the hosts, which will have talented humourists perform sets or hasya kavitason subjects like mid-life crises, relationships, and daily routine observations amongst others.
Each episode will have three performances delivered through a combination of the open mic as well as thematic episodes.

‘Goodnight India’ will air from Monday-Friday, starting January 31 at 10.30 pm.
