Microsoft appoints Prerna Korla as Senior Communication Manager

American tech company Microsoft Corporation India has appointed Prerna Korla as its Senior Communications Manager.

Korla’s previous stint was with Uber where she worked for four months as Consumer Communications Lead.

She is a communication and PR professional with 13 years of experience working with leading global and Indian brands and also with prominent agencies like MSL Group India and Edelman.

She specializes in Stakeholder centric corporate & brand communications, Executive/leadership & change communications, Issues & crisis management, Planning and driving key brand milestones, and Content writing for businesses and business leaders.

Amazing and grim battle for survival. Guess it will end up in Supreme Court. All that NCLT asked Zee to do was to file a reply to Invesco petition for a EGM. Now this is getting too serious. So far Invesco has been hammered for demanding an EGM. What is Zee upto? Ofcourse my lawyer community knows better!
