The makers of ‘Pratap’, an upcoming action drama starring Amit Sadh, have unveiled the film’s motion poster ahead of the trailer release on October 26, 2026.
Written and directed by Sachin Saraf, the film explores power, betrayal and a decorated police officer whose life takes an unexpected turn. It is scheduled to release in theatres on November 20, 2026.
The motion poster introduces Sadh as a celebrated encounter specialist who finds himself behind bars. A sequence of newspaper headlines hints at a dismissed police officer, an investigation by the National Investigation Agency (NIA), a high-profile bomb scare case and a possible link to an influential industrialist.
The visuals raise questions about how a once-respected officer became a target of investigation, setting the stage for a thriller in which the boundaries between justice, power and betrayal are put to the test.
The question, “What Happens When the Cop Becomes the Target?”, anchors the motion poster, leaving audiences to speculate whether the protagonist has been framed, caught in a larger conspiracy or concealing a more complicated truth.
The upcoming trailer is expected to offer further insight into the film’s central conflict and the events that bring its protagonist under scrutiny.
Alongside Sadh, Pratap features Esha Deol, Seema Biswas and Tigmanshu Dhulia in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Pradeep Rangwani and UV Films.
With its focus on a decorated officer facing an uncertain future, ‘Pratap’ combines action and suspense in a story centred on shifting loyalties and high-stakes confrontations. The film will arrive in cinemas on November 20, 2026.
