Mumbai based independent agency AGENCY09 has announced key leadership elevations as it marks its 13th anniversary. The agency said the expanded leadership team will support its next phase of growth across creative, design, technology, media and business.

According to an AGENCY09 press release from Mumbai today, Saheb Singh will lead Growth & Expansion, overseeing new business, strategic partnerships and integrated solutions. Rakesh Gawas will head Brand & Design, while Chaitali Rajadhyaksha will oversee Production across formats.

Ketan Shivadekar will lead Creative Direction & AI Labs, focusing on creative direction and AI-led ideas and workflows. Aniket Sakpal will handle Growth Key Accounts, while Shivani Khandelwal will oversee Tech Operations and Shivangi Kothari will lead the agency’s Paid Media business.

Aditya Jadhav will lead Tactical Design Projects, while Yogendra Vishwakaarma will work across Strategic Collaborations & Projects. Uma Chavan and Chandra Suthar will jointly oversee Keyword & Organic Brand Discovery, focusing on organic growth, search performance, online brand image and discoverability across traditional and AI-led platforms.

Mayank Desai will continue to oversee AGENCY09’s Dubai Operations, covering regional delivery, client relationships and business growth as the agency expands internationally.

The expanded leadership team will work alongside AGENCY09’s existing management team, comprising Founder and CEO Tushar Khakhar, Co-Founder and Head of Content Gautam Anand, Co-Founder and Head of Technology Bipeen Nadgauda, Head of Culture Archita Arekar and Chief Strategy Officer Rajesh Patalia.

Speaking about the leadership changes, Tushar Khakhar said the elevated members have helped build and strengthen AGENCY09 over the years. He added that the team is ready for the agency’s next phase of growth with a common vision to deliver great work.
