Subscription free OTT platform VETO has secured exclusive OTT streaming rights for the Davis Cup 2026 in India.
According to a VETO press release from New Delhi today, the platform will stream the tournament live without requiring viewers to pay a subscription fee.
VETO said the partnership will bring the ‘World Cup of Tennis’ to Indian audiences, including India’s Davis Cup Qualifiers 2nd Round tie against South Korea, scheduled for September 18-20, 2026.
India reached the second round after defeating the Netherlands 3-2 in Bengaluru in February. The win followed India’s 3-1 victory over Switzerland in September 2025, marking the country’s first Davis Cup win on European soil since 1993.
India will now play South Korea away in the second-round qualifiers. The winner will advance to the Davis Cup Finals in November.
A victory would take India into the eight-team Final 8 stage and keep alive the country’s pursuit of its first Davis Cup title after runner-up finishes in 1966, 1974 and 1987.
The 2026 Davis Cup Qualifiers 2nd Round will feature 14 nations competing across up to 35 matches. The eight teams that qualify for the Final 8 will then compete in Bologna, Italy, across six days, with up to 21 matches.
Ritu Dhawan, Managing Director of VETO, said bringing the Davis Cup’s decisive stages to Indian viewers is an important milestone for the platform.
She added that VETO aims to make live sports a key part of its offering and allow families to watch major sporting events together without a subscription fee.
VETO currently offers news, movies, music, entertainment, devotional and kids content. The Davis Cup rights mark the platform’s expansion into live sports streaming.
