Prime Video has released the trailer for ‘Drawn Together’, an upcoming romantic thriller based on ‘Marfil’, the first book in bestselling author Mercedes Ron’s ‘Enfrentados’ series.
According to Amazon, starring Ester Exposito and Hugo Diego Garcia, the film follows Marfil Cortes, the daughter of a wealthy Spanish businessman whose life changes after she is kidnapped and later released. Her father hires Sebastian Moore as her bodyguard, but their professional relationship soon turns into something more.
As Marfil and Sebastian return to Spain, they face new dangers and secrets while trying to understand who they can trust.
The film is directed by Oscar Pedraza and written by Sofía Cuenca. The cast also includes Eric Masip, Pablo Molinero, Zoe Bonafonte, Lluís Homar and Joaquín Ferreira.
‘Drawn Together’ will premiere exclusively on Prime Video on September 9 in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
Prime Video has also confirmed a sequel, ‘Drawn Apart’, based on the second book in the Enfrentados series.
