JioStar has acquired the exclusive television and digital broadcasting rights for The Hundred 2026 (both men and women) in India. The tournament will be streamed live on JioHotstar and aired on the Star Sports Network.

The original rights holder for The Hundreds cricket tournament for the India region was Sony Pictures Networks India.

The sixth edition of The Hundred started on July 21 with a double header at The Oval, while the finals will be played at Lord’s on August 16.  Indian viewers will be able to watch all 68 matches from both the men’s and women’s competitions

Organised by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), The Hundred is a 100 ball cricket tournament featuring eight city-based franchises from across the UK.

This season also marks a new chapter for several teams: Oval Invincibles became MI London after Reliance Industries bought into the UK franchise, Northern Superchargers rebranded as SunRisers Leeds, and Manchester Originals renamed Manchester SuperGiants.

The men’s competition will feature international stars including Jos Buttler, Jofra Archer, Rashid Khan, Heinrich Klaasen, Phil Salt, Tim David, David Miller, and Harry Brook. Meanwhile, the women’s tournament will have a strong Indian presence with Smriti Mandhana, Deepti Sharma, Richa Ghosh, Jemimah Rodrigues, Kiran Navgire, Shweta Sehrawat, Asha Sobhana and Nandani Sharma representing different franchises.
