ETNOW Swadesh, the Hindi business news channel from the Times Group, has revamped its weekday programming line-up with the launch of three new market-focused shows and a dedicated prime-time personal finance block titled ‘Your Daily Wealth Hour’. The refreshed schedule comes into effect from July 6 and is aimed at strengthening the channel’s market coverage while promoting financial literacy among Hindi-speaking audiences.
According to an ETNOW Swadesh press release, the new programming strategy has been designed to offer viewers comprehensive coverage throughout the trading day while simplifying key aspects of investing, taxation, insurance and entrepreneurship.
The revamped line-up will begin with Traders’ Radar at 7.30 am. Positioned as a pre-market show, it will help traders and investors prepare for the day ahead through coverage of global market cues, institutional investor activity, derivatives data, brokerage recommendations, stock-specific developments and expert trading insights.
After market hours, viewers will get a recap of the day’s biggest developments through Market Top 20 at 3.35 pm. The programme will focus on the 20 most significant market-moving events of the day, including benchmark index performance, sectoral trends, corporate announcements, top gainers and losers, as well as expert views on investment opportunities.
At 5 pm, the channel will introduce ‘Khabrein Fatafat’, a rapid-format news bulletin promising 50 important updates in just 24 minutes. Carrying the tagline ‘50 खबरें – 24 मिनट – Zero Bakwas,’ the show will cover developments across business, economy, markets, national and international affairs, entertainment and sports.
The highlight of the refreshed schedule is ‘Your Daily Wealth Hour’, a dedicated one-hour weekday block airing at 7 PM and focused entirely on personal finance and wealth creation. The slot has been designed as an appointment-viewing destination for audiences seeking practical guidance on managing finances and building long-term wealth.
Each day of the week will feature a different theme. Mondays will be dedicated to Tax Mantra, hosted by Anurag Shah, covering taxation, tax planning, GST and compliance-related topics. On Tuesdays, ‘Market Ke Maharathi’, anchored by Abhishek Satya Vratam, will provide expert insights into markets, sectors and investment opportunities.
The midweek schedule includes ‘Nivesh Ki ABCD’ on Wednesdays, hosted by Kavita Thapliyal. The programme is targeted at first-time investors and aims to simplify concepts such as mutual funds, SIPs, equity investing and financial planning.
On Thursdays, viewers can tune into ‘Insurance Mantra’, also hosted by Anurag Shah, which will focus on life, health, motor and general insurance. The week will conclude with ‘Startup Mantra’ on Fridays, anchored by Manasee, featuring stories of entrepreneurs, startups, innovation and business growth.
The channel said the new programming line-up is intended to make financial literacy more accessible and practical by breaking down complex financial concepts for investors, taxpayers, consumers and aspiring entrepreneurs.
With the introduction of these specialised programmes, ETNOW Swadesh is seeking to deepen audience engagement across the trading day while creating a stronger destination for personal finance content in Hindi. The refreshed weekday schedule premiered on Monday, July 6.
