Disney Star acquires broadcast rights for LLC Masters

On Sunday, Disney Star has acquired broadcast right of LLC Masters. The LLC Masters will be aired LIVE on the Star Sports Network.

The cricket universe is about to rewind the clock and relive the nostalgia of seeing some of the sport’s greats take the field once more, as the league is set to return for Season 3 in Qatar on March 10, 2023, to be played in Doha, Qatar.

This year’s LLC Masters will feature three teams: the India Maharajas, Asia Lions, and World Giants. The second season, which aired on the Star Sports Network, had a high viewership and was a huge success.

According to BARC data, the average TV rating and viewership for Legends League matches were 7-10 times higher than any other international T20 league played (other than IPL), UNI reported from New Delhi.

Over the course of 20 days, players from more than 12 countries competed in the league, which was held in six Indian cities. The League’s fan base has grown dramatically, with massive crowds filling stadiums during the second season’s matches.
